We use your photo to create your video and do not publish it in the public gallery. Only upload a photo you have permission to use.

Your photo is uploaded when you start generating a video.

Accounts and payments

We use your account details to manage your credits and videos. We do not collect or store your card details.

Storage

Your photo selection is cleared when you leave or reload the page. Completed videos are available in your account for 7 days. Download a copy before that period ends.

Video availability and deletion

You can delete a finished video at any time in My Videos. Download a copy before deleting it or before the 7-day retention period ends if you want to keep it. Deletion does not refund credits. Limited transaction and task records are retained for accounting and payment disputes.
